Wholistic Ministries

At First Baptist Church, we see ministry to the poor as an integral part of its mission and ministry. Being a downtown church, we see opportunities to server the poor through relationship on a daily basis. Our mission and ministry is Wholistic. We see ministry and the gospel and caring for the whole person. We seek to enter into relationships with individuals and help them make whole life changes with the help and guidance of Christ and His people. While primarily pursuing development and empowerment, acts of mercy are always necessary and an important part of any church's ministry.

The Wholistic Ministries Division of the church helps oversee and guide the mission and ministry of the church to poor. The Division is headed by a deacon and a leadership team.
