Our English-language fellowship is a part of an association of ministries to multiple cultural groups. We are broad in interest and involvement. Three points of involvement are encouraged for everyone that is part of our fellowship: worship, involvement in a Lifegroup and service.
Sunday morning worship takes place in the sanctuary in the center of the first floor. The first Sunday of every month, some of our fellowships join in the sanctuary to celebrate communion, baptism and worship together. After the worship service, we gather to meet new friends and catch up with each other over a cup of coffee or tea in the Cup of Grace. Sunday school classes follow, for further discussion of the morning’s sermon or study of a book of the Bible or topic of interest.
We are a church of small groups, which we call LifeGroups. Most of our relating, prayer and Bible study occurs in these groups. We have found LifeGroups to be indispensible to maintain close ties with other believers in our American culture.
Our third priority is service to others. God gives everyone gifts that are meant to be shared with others. We also connect with believers and spiritually grow serving with a group of people in an area of interest, such as teaching, music, the Sunday morning breakfast, medical clinic, or children and youth ministry.
